		<description>This was pretty interesting. I suppose it makes a lot of sense, if one takes the time to think about it, that to gain trust you must first offer up certain amount of your own. That openness or trust is then  reciprocated. This seems to be human nature. 

I have been reading a lot of interesting things today and in the spirit of &quot;openness&quot; I will share this, I think it may apply to the creative environment of your organization:
